What You'll Do as the Estate Planning Attorney:
Draft and finalize estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Advise clients on estate planning strategies that protect assets and support long-term family goals
Conduct client consultations and translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure accurate and thorough case preparation
Perform legal research to support estate planning matters and evolving regulatory requirements
Participate in community outreach and educational events related to estate and elder law
Support the continued growth of the firm's estate planning and elder law practice
Must-Haves as the Estate Planning Attorney:
Active Florida bar license
5-7 years of experience focused on estate planning, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Demonstrated experience drafting comprehensive estate planning documents
Strong client communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters
Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, staff, and clients
Strong legal research and analytical skills
