TrueJourney is an investment planning and private wealth management practice providing financial advisory, investment and insurance services. We build customized investment portfolios that are aligned to each client’s financial objectives as part of a comprehensive wealth management plan. Clients place their trust in our expertise, integrity, and diligence.
As an Administrative Assistant with TrueJourney, we will lean on you to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support to the team. You are the first point of contact with our clients, meaning you have the opportunity to build relationships through each interaction and make a direct impact!
Major Duties as the Administrative Assistant:
- Build relationships with the clients and team.
- Filter and assess incoming client calls so you can “assign” who needs to do the task they are calling in about.
- Develop a professional and courteous connection with clients and team.
- Be able to anticipate the next steps and think beyond short term task.
- Assist in scheduling, reminders, gather and input clients outside financial data as needed.
- Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
- Prepare, send, follow up and process forms and other operational functions as requested.
- Organize and send client birthday and holiday cards.
- Provide marketing assistance as needed including client mail/email and client events.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication with the team via conference/Zoom calls, instant messenger, phone, email etc.

- Assist and train team members as needed.

- Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.

- Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
- Interaction with clients, prospects, FA(s), and other team members.
- In office at Bemidji, MN location.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
