Key ResponsibilitiesYou and your crew must be able to perform standard preservation tasks, including but not limited to:
Initial Secure & Rekey: Changing locks, installing lockboxes, and securing windows/doors per client specs.
Winterizations: Performing full dry and wet winterizations to safeguard properties against frozen pipes.
Vacancy Postings: Placing required legal and corporate notices on properties and documenting with clear photos.
Lawn Care & Yard Maintenance: Initial cutbacks, ongoing grass cuts, edging, debris removal, and exterior upkeep.
Maid Refresh / Janitorial: Deep cleaning, wiping counters, vacuuming, and trash-outs to make properties "market-ready."
Photo Documentation: Providing thorough, high-quality "Before, During, and After" photos for every single task via our reporting app.
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Experience: Proven experience in property preservation, REO maintenance, or general property contracting.
Tools & Equipment: Must own all necessary tools to complete the jobs (e.g., lawnmowers, string trimmers, air compressors for winterizations, drills/hand tools, generator, smartphone for photos).
Transportation: Reliable truck, van, or utility trailer capable of hauling equipment and debris.
Documentation: Active General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it) and a valid driver's license.
Reliability: Ability to hit strict 24- to 72-hour deadlines on work orders.
