Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and responses accurately and consistently to inform treatment plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence
- Support clients during teaching sessions, utilizing reinforcement techniques to encourage desired behaviors and skill acquisition
- Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation, including care plans, progress notes, and behavior records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to develop and modify individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Foster a positive, patient-centered environment that encourages growth, engagement, and emotional well-being
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or eligibility to obtain certification within a specified timeframe
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and data collection methods
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members in a compassionate manner
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client sessions and documentation tasks efficiently
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
