Job Summary
We’re hiring a Pool Service Crew Member to assist with cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools. No prior pool experience is required—we’ll train the right person. This is a physically active, outdoor job ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and providing great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential swimming pools and spas
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Test and balance pool water using company procedures
- Add chemicals as directed
- Assist with pool openings and closings
- Identify and report equipment issues
- Drive between customer locations throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers when needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to our Clinton location
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently after training
- Pool experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
- Part-time
- Seasonal position
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime available during the spring openings and fall closings
