Lead Window Installers and helpers

True View Windows and Glass / Sun Glass is seeking full-time Window Installers / Helpers to support our teams in Montrose and Pagosa Springs, CO. We are looking for dependable Window Installation Leads who have at least 5-7 years of experience in glass and glazing or window installation in both new construction and residential replacement environments and Installation helpers with some glazing experience.

This is not contract or piece work. These are full time positions within our organization. Pay negotiable DOE

Window Installation Responsibilities Include:

· Accurately measure for windows and identify glass types, thicknesses, colors, etc.

· Tear out existing windows and doors from all types of residential construction.

· Install new windows and doors into new construction and existing openings using multiple installation methods and various hand tools.

· Ability to modify openings to standard construction standards.

· Identify parts needed to correctly perform and complete the work.

· Be able to upload data into CRM program.

· Be able to lead a crew. Work side by side with the team.

· Be able to read plans and monitor projects.

· Be able to work off a ladder, Lift or scaffolding.

· Load and verify materials needed for daily route.

· Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available.

· Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards.

Required Qualifications

· Pass a background and drug test.

· Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

· Leads - Minimum of five years’ experience installing or servicing residential windows and doors.

· Construction background with framing experience.

· Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.

· Able to work overtime as needed.

· Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts.

· Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills.
