True Test needs a Front Desk Receptionist responsible for delivering the True Test experience from arrival to departure. You will need to think on your own, be able to manage multiple priorities and can stick to a task until it is complete. EXPECTATIONS
This role is not a “sit at the desk and greet people” role. You are an integral part of creating a positive experience for those we serve and we move fast.
Our Front Desk Receptionist will be expected to:
- Manage all patients’ scheduling, check-ins, check-outs and appointment changes.
- Learn and maintain True Test product knowledge so you can answer patents’ questions confidently
- Handle invoicing and payments with precision and professionalism
- With your natural ability to naturally connect with people, ensuring that they feel informed and comfortable about what comes next in their treatment plan
- Liaise smoothly with clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
This role is a hands-on, people-centered position where you can finish with precision.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience at the front desk, administrative, or patient facing role is an absolute must
- Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes or healthcare is a plus
- A commitment to patient confidentiality and professionalism
