What You'll Do
As a valued member of our clinical team, you'll play an important role in ensuring every patient receives outstanding care from the moment they arrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with accuracy and compassion.
- Prepare, process, label, and package laboratory specimens for shipment.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure supplies remain stocked and organized.
- Accurately document patient information within our electronic medical record system.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CLIA, and company policies.
- Assist with patient flow and support clinic operations throughout the day.
- Keep clinical and laboratory spaces clean, organized, and patient-ready.
- Build positive relationships with patients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with providers and teammates to create a seamless patient experience.

What We're Looking For
- Current Phlebotomy Certification required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Excellent venipuncture and specimen handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn electronic medical record systems.
