Job Overview
Plans maintenance schedule for maintenance techs. Responsible for data acquisition, input and evaluation into company’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). General duties include system configuration, records maintenance for system users, companies, properties, assets, work order scheduling assistance, systems/data integrity and auditing.
Shift times: Mon- Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr
Duties and Responsibilities (Duties, responsibilities and activities are listed in no particular order and may be changed or updated at any time with or without notice.)
• Develops preventive maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted operation of plants.
• Reviews job/work orders to determine work priorities and allocation to maintenance staff, including outside vendors as applicable.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure
continuous production operations.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations.
• Oversee the work planning and management of the CMMS system, including plans for deployment, on- going use and maintenance, as well as report functions.
• Manage Capital Asset List and related maintenance schedules.
• Responsible for production of monthly, quarterly, annual requested reports. Reports include work
activity, scheduled maintenance, service level compliance, labor reporting, project reporting, incident reporting and training.
• Serve as the single point of contact to the account team for all systems related questions, support issues, and requirements.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance requests and reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory control and parts replenishment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write presentations that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to management.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid Driver's License, clean driving record
Fluency in English (Written and Verbal)
OTHER
Computer skills: Must have basic operational skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CMMS applications.
