Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator based in Newark, NJ. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate steel construction cost estimates, working with clients to define project scopes, managing budgets, and collaborating with project managers to ensure project efficiency. Additional responsibilities include identifying project requirements, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the planning process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projects
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus
- Perfferd Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in construction estimating or a related role is highly advantageous
