This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with contracts, data, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is not an e-commerce or warehouse role. This position supports trucking and freight transportation operations and involves contract drafting and compliance verification.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and issue rate confirmations accurately and efficiently
- Enter and maintain contract and load data in internal systems
- Verify carrier insurance, authority, and compliance documents
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Identify errors, missing information, or risks before loads move
- Maintain organized, compliant documentation for all shipments
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience with contracts, documentation, or administrative logistics
- Strong data entry and document management skills
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets, email, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred (Strong Plus)
- Experience in trucking, freight brokerage, or transportation logistics
- Prior experience with rate confirmations, carrier packets, or compliance
- Experience verifying insurance certificates and carrier authority

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
