- Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy (sports rehab & orthopedic focus)
- Create and manage treatment plans using evidence-based care
- Oversee daily clinic operations (scheduling, workflow, patient experience)
- Build referral relationships with physicians, coaches, and trainers
- Grow patient volume through community outreach and networking
- Hire, train, and lead clinic staff as the practice grows
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Active Georgia PT license (or ability to obtain)
- 2 years of physical therapy experience
- Experience in sports rehab, orthopedics, or outpatient PT preferred
- Strong interest in leadership and clinic growth
- 40,000 sq. ft. sports performance facility
