Job Title: Physical Therapist (DPT) – Sports Rehabilitation (New Grads Welcome)
Location: Frederick, MD

Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 Bonus

TS Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist (DPT) for a full-time outpatient sports rehabilitation role. This position is ideal for PT's who want to work with athletes in a 1-on-1 treatment model and grow in a high-performance environment.

• 1-on-1 patient care (45-minute sessions)
• Work in a sports performance facility (turf, strength equipment, rehab space)
• Treat athletes of all levels (youth, high school, collegiate, professional)
• Structured mentorship program for new grads
• Ongoing clinical training and development

• Provide outpatient physical therapy (sports rehab & orthopedic focus)
• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Design return-to-sport and performance-based rehab programs
• Collaborate with coaches, athletic trainers, and physicians
• Educate patients on injury prevention and performance
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Participate in team collaboration and mentorship programs

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required
• Licensed or eligible for state PT license
• Interest in sports rehabilitation / sports medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 performance bonus
