  • Support the inspection and acceptance of complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC-machined components and aerospace structures.
  • Interpret dimensional inspection results and partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve nonconformances and process issues.
  • Support CMM operation and programming, including CATIA V5-based environments, and develop additional CMM expertise as needed.
  • Perform or support in-process, final, and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.
  • Prepare and maintain AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and other required quality documentation.
  • Perform dimensional and mechanical inspections using CMMs and precision measurement/metrology equipment, including micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, calipers, and related inspection tools.
  • Maintain inspection records, CMM programs, quality documentation, and configuration-controlled data.
  • Support internal, customer, ISO/AS9100, and quality-system audits.
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, CNC/Machining, and Production teams to improve quality, throughput, and inspection processes.
