Job Summary:
True Roads Construction, LLC is a rapidly growing highway construction contractor seeking an experienced and skilled Finish Blade Operator to join our earthwork crew. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience operating motor graders in a highway construction environment, with a strong emphasis on precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Operate motor graders to complete fine grading tasks for highway construction projects.
Ensure the accurate and efficient leveling of surfaces in preparation for paving.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the motor grader to ensure optimal performance.
Follow project plans and specifications to achieve desired grades and elevations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience operating motor graders in road construction.
Extensive knowledge of grading techniques, equipment operation, and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license
Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project requirements.
