What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Outreach Caller (Part-Time) position at True Rest Old Orchard?
True REST Float Spa helps people rest, recover and reset in sensory-free float pods. We're looking for a friendly, organized person to call and text the people who already know us and help them come back.
What you'll do
- Call and text new leads, lapsed members and guests with unused gift cards, book their floats, and sell memberships
- Return calls and messages from people asking about floating
- Book float appointments for influencers through our Social Cat platform
- Run other outreach campaigns as assigned
- Keep simple notes on who you reached and what happened
How it works
- Hybrid: you train at the spa, then work mostly from home on set shifts
- We give you the call lists, scripts and offers
Pay
- $20 an hour
- Commission on every membership you sell: $25 Basic, $50 Plus, $65 Premium, $75 Unlimited
- Unlimited free floats
You'll do well here if you
- Are warm, engaging and comfortable selling
- Like talking on the phone, including with people you don't know yet
- Follow through and keep good notes
- Have floated, or are curious to try it
