ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The True REST Spa Representative supports the spirit of our entire brand. You will help shape the way in which clients and community view our spa and Flotation Therapy.

The Spa Representative will develop an expertise of Flotation Therapy – able to spread awareness and education. We are looking for champions of self care, self love, relaxation and mental wellness

A part of this is demonstrating exceptional service in all areas of spa and client care.

Our team exhibits exceptional service of the spa and clients: including (but not limited to) attention to detail, cleanliness, passion for self care and the spa mission to provide this service to as many people as possible. We are looking for consistent and growing sales performance, outstanding client care and customer service in all areas.

The tasks of the Float Consultant are managed and supported by the Management team.

*Former waitresses, waiters, bartenders (wait staff) do really well here, although this experience is not required*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Opening, Closing and Transitioning Tasks

• Shift Checklists - Multitask & Keep Schedule On Time

• Membership, Package & Retail Sales

• Customer Service Excellence & Communication Skills

• Clean, Stock & Maintain Spa

• Client Development

• Daily Tracking and Opportunity Log

• Specials and Promotions

AVAILABILITY:

• Looking to work 16-35 hours per week

• MUST be available to work weekends
