What You Will Do:
- Welcome and guide guests before and after their float sessions so they feel calm, cared for, and supported.
- Prepare and reset float rooms during every shift. This includes cleaning and sanitizing pods, showers, floors, towels, and surfaces.
- Keep the spa spotless and maintain the environment guests expect.
- Explain float therapy, memberships, and benefits clearly and confidently.
- Help guests who feel anxious or unsure and resolve concerns with empathy.
- Support daily operations such as inventory checks, laundry, booking help, and teamwork.

- Availability for weekends including Sundays.
- Ability to work 8am to 4pm or 4pm to 10pm shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform hands-on cleaning tasks each shift.
