Location: Austin, Texas

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 DOE Bonus Benefits

A leading Texas-based general contractor is seeking a skilled professional to oversee preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of high-end residential, multifamily developments, and select commercial projects throughout the Austin area.

The Role:

You’ll play a critical role from concept to construction start, managing:

• Conceptual and detailed estimating
• Budget development and cost planning
• Value engineering
• Design coordination with architects, engineers, and owners
• Subcontractor bidding and procurement strategy
• Scheduling and constructability reviews
• Risk assessment and permitting coordination

Project Types:

• Luxury custom homes
• Large-scale multifamily communities
• Mixed-use developments
• Retail and office spaces
• Light commercial projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management
• Strong experience in residential and multifamily sectors
• Commercial project exposure preferred
• Knowledge of Texas construction markets and permitting
• Excellent budgeting and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and construction management tools
