As we continue to scale, we're looking for a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Glendale, CA.

You'll work directly with experienced industry professionals and gain exposure to partner management, campaign operations, reporting, and business development within a fast-growing company.
What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day relationship management with lender and strategic partners
- Assist with onboarding new partners and maintaining existing partner relationships
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, lead flow, and operational health
- Update campaign settings, filters, routing rules, and partner configurations
- Pull, organize, and analyze reports using Google Sheets and Excel
- Help identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, timeouts, discrepancies, and performance concerns
- Coordinate with internal media buying, operations, technology, and partnerships teams
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, trackers, and operational records
- Assist with partner communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation
- Support conference planning, event logistics, and post-event follow-up activities
- Participate in strategic partnership initiatives and business development efforts
- Help ensure campaigns are accurately configured and quality assurance standards are met

- Interest in fintech, digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
- Familiarity with project management or workflow tools is a plus
