Role Description
Own and grow our lender portfolio across the personal-loan vertical. You’ll be the point person for lender relationships, optimize campaigns for conversion and profitability, and turn data into clear actions that scale funded volume while protecting quality and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with lenders; be their primary point of contact for performance, pacing, and pipeline updates
- Build, launch, and optimize lender campaigns (pricing tiers, filters, rules) to improve accept rate, fund rate, and CPL/CPA
- Analyze funnel metrics (presented → accepted → funded) and deliver weekly insights and recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities: new geos, tiers, hours, product types, and creative/testing plans
- Coordinate with Affiliate/Media teams to align supply with lender demand and reduce bid fatigue
- Prepare lender-ready reports and QBRs; forecast volume, budget, and expected performance
- Represent True Path Leads at industry conferences; support on-site meetings and prospecting
- Contribute to playbooks, SOPs, and internal dashboards that standardize excellence
Qualifications
- 3 years in lead generation or performance marketing OR experience in consumer finance/fintech (personal loans strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical chops: Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups), comfort with metrics
- Hands-on campaign optimization experience (pricing, filters, rules-based routing)
- Excellent partner management and customer service skills; concise communicator
- Technical fluency: can work with tracking pixels, postbacks, and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Familiarity with compliance in performance marketing (TCPA/CAN-SPAM/UDAP), and quality control processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with ping-tree systems/lead routers, call analytics, or lender CRMs
- Background in personal-loan underwriting criteria and lender funnels
- Prior conference experience (e.g., LeadsCon) and a strong industry network
Work Setup & Travel
- Role can be remote (U.S.) or on-site in Glendale, CA
- Periodic travel to conferences and lender meetings

- Title and compensation commensurate with experience; higher-level roles (Sr. Partnership Manager / Director track) available for exceptional candidates
