As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented Data Scientist / Analyst to join our Glendale office and help optimize performance across our ecosystem.
Role Description
As a Data Scientist at True Path Leads, you’ll work hands-on with our large datasets to uncover insights that drive business outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in helping us refine and improve lead quality, enhance system performance, and optimize outcomes for both affiliates and lenders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze lead flow to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities to improve overall processing and outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights on lead quality, conversion metrics, and lender buying behavior.
- Work with our product and engineering teams to recommend improvements in error handling, system response times, and integration performance.
- Support the development of fraud detection tools by uncovering anomalies and trends in data.
- Help optimize affiliate and lender interactions by evaluating posting patterns, field mappings, and minimum tier performance.
- Deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that improve conversion rates, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or in a related role.
- Strong background in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Experience with performance marketing, fintech, or lead generation a plus.
- Strong communication skills – able to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
- Must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Glendale, CA — this is an on-site role.
