We are looking for a warm, organized, growth-minded Front Desk Coordinator to help create an incredible experience for our patients every single day.
This is NOT a typical receptionist position.

- Welcome and support patients throughout their visits
- Help manage daily office flow and scheduling
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and care team
- Handle scheduling changes and patient follow-up
- Support patients in staying consistent with care
- Help create a positive, encouraging environment every day

💡 Ideal Experience:
- Customer service, hospitality, wellness, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and learning systems quickly
- Ability to multitask while staying calm and detail-oriented

Monday - 8am-12:30pm/1:30pm-6:00pm
Tuesday - 10:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday - 6:45am-1:00pm
Thursday - 8:00am-12:30pm/1:30pm-6:00pm
Friday - 8:00am-1:00pm
