With the right leadership and shop performance, total annual earnings of $90K are achievable. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading day-to-day operations of a diesel repair shop to ensure efficient workflows
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diesel repair technicians
- Ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and consistent service standards
- Communicating clearly with customers by providing estimates and explaining repair processes
- Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize vehicle downtime
- Maintaining an organized, safe, and productive shop environment
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating parts ordering
- Building a positive culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and growth
