Responsibilities
- Manage the janitorial and industrial cleaning of designated building areas.
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Schedule and manage heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
- Notify the maintenance department of deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Manage repairs to equipment.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Perform safety meetings and training.
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Recruiting and counseling employees
- Maintaining payroll and meeting budgets
Skills
- Proven management experience
- Knowledge of equipment, cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Industrial cleaning experience
