Position Requirements:.

• 8 years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law, or in representing governmental organizations in litigation-based civil matters.
• Demonstrated dedication and hard work in prior roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and other sophisticated software.
• Availability during business hours, with some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Excellent personal skills.

Optimum Skills:

• Manage high project loads and administrative staff.
• Independently handle all assigned cases in a diverse case load.
• Chair client corporate meetings.
• Manage electronic task lists and billing.
• Maintain strong client relationships by advising on case status.
• Proficiency in all phases of litigation, including drafting complaints and answers, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, and motion practice.
