Position Summary
The Marketing & Creative Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing materials, brand content, and visual storytelling for TNK12. This role supports business development efforts through high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral, while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
This is an execution-focused role working closely with Business Development and leadership to support growth initiatives across education and public-sector markets. The role is supported by internal stakeholders for strategy and direction, with a focus on delivering polished, compelling materials.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Materials & Collateral
- Develop and maintain core marketing collateral, including:
- Project sheets and case studies
- Company qualifications packages
- Client-facing presentations
- Translate technical project information into audience-appropriate narratives
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all materials
Proposals & Pursuit Support
- Support the development of:
- RFP/RFQ responses
- Proposals and qualifications packages
- Client presentations and pitch materials
- Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables across internal teams
- Collaborate with Business Development to align messaging with pursuit strategy
Brand & Content Management
- Uphold and evolve brand standards across all external-facing materials
- Oversee:
- Website content direction (in coordination with external partners if applicable)
- Social media content strategy and execution
- Thought leadership and storytelling initiatives
- Maintain photography, graphics, and content libraries
Internal Collaboration
- Partner with Business Development to support active pursuits and marketing needs
- Work with Development and Construction teams to gather project information and technical content
- Support leadership with presentations and strategic materials as needed
Process & Organization
- Maintain proposal templates, resumes, and boilerplate content
- Track proposal activity, hit rates, and lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Establish efficient, repeatable workflows for marketing and proposal development
Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
- Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, or client-facing materials preferred
- Experience in education, public sector, AEC, or related industries preferred
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex information clearly

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
