Job Title: Senior Level Director Position ( Virgina )
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Knowledge of the sport of lacrosse and has coached/played at a high level
- Ability to work on-site in the Virginia ( Fairfax ) area and travel within assigned territories as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in community engagement and event planning is a plus
- High Level of Pedigree in Lacrosse ( Playing & Coaching )
Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 ( Depending on experince )
Salary Range ( Full Time ): Salary Range will be discussed during the interview process and will be based off experience. Please note this is a high-level position within our company and the Salary will be really competitive.
Bonus: Yearly Bonus between $10,000 to $15,000 based on Success.
