- Lead the nursing team to provide exceptional care and services to residents.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote resident health and wellness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Minimum two (2) years LPN/LVN experience; at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling and daily operations supervision.
- Certified in CPR and First Aid.
