What are the responsibilities and job description for the Professional Roofer — Metal Roofing Specialist position at True Force Machinery?
We are looking to hire an experienced professional roofer with strong skills in metal roofing installation and repair. Experience with EPDM/rubber roofing is a major plus. Siding experience is also a benefit.
This is a full-time position for someone who is dependable, skilled, and ready to work. Applicant must have their own tools and be able to perform quality roofing work without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair metal roofing systems
- Assist with tear-offs, prep work, flashing, trim, and finish work
- Inspect roofs and identify repair needs
- Work safely on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with EPDM/rubber roofing when needed
- Assist with siding work if qualified
Requirements:
- Roofing experience required
- Strong experience with metal roofs preferred
- Must have own tools
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must be able to work full-time
- Must be comfortable working on roofs and in outdoor conditions
- Must take pride in clean, professional work
Preferred Skills:
- EPDM/rubber roofing experience
- Siding installation experience
- Ability to perform general exterior construction work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
