We are looking to hire an experienced electrician or electrical technician with strong hands-on experience in both residential and commercial electrical work.
A state electrical license is preferred but not required. The right candidate must have real experience and be able to perform quality electrical work safely, correctly, and in compliance with applicable codes and job requirements.
Responsibilities may include:
- Residential and commercial electrical work
- Installing, repairing, and troubleshooting wiring
- Working with meter boxes, service panels, breaker boxes, and fuse boxes
- Installing outlets, switches, lighting, fixtures, and circuits
- Troubleshooting electrical issues
- Assisting with electrical upgrades and repairs
- Reading basic plans or job instructions
- Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Performing other construction or maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Electrical experience required
- Commercial electrical experience strongly preferred
- Residential electrical experience required
- Experience with meter boxes, breaker panels, fuse boxes, and service work
- Must be dependable and able to show up on time
- Must be able to work safely and professionally
- Must be comfortable working independently when needed
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have basic electrical tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with commercial wiring
- Experience with service upgrades
- Experience troubleshooting electrical problems
- Experience with lighting, outlets, switches, panels, and meter bases
- General construction, maintenance, or handyman skills
