Field Supervisor
Qualifications
- Experience in home care/Caregiver role
- Well organized, accurate, and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication, and follow up skills
- Drivers License and your own Car is a must
- Submit Car Registration and Insurance
Responsibilities
- We are actively seeking a caring and professional to work as a Field Staff Supervisor to oversee our caregivers and act as a company representative to our clients
- This person must also be willing to contribute to the quality atmosphere and culture of Caring Family Home Care
- Will maintain all agency and state required supervisory visits
- Conduct meet and greets, first shadowing and random field visit when necessary
- Orients and train staff to ensure best practice and standards of care are met
- Identify and communicate safety concerns
- Supervise caregivers to ensure compliance and safety to all patients and caregivers
- Professionally collect file and handle all required documentation
- Perform other office and field duties as needed
Salary: 35, 360
- Needed 7 days a week
Schedule:

- Evening shift
