TRUE COMPASS COUNSELING, LLC is a mental health counseling practice based in Warwick, Rhode Island, serving individuals and families in the surrounding community.
We are seeking an individual looking for part time employment and has had experience with office administration and either experience with billing or a willingness and motivation to learn.
The right candidate will be computer and tech savvy, have good phone and communication skills, willing to interface with clients about billing, be reliable and a caring professional who is able to navigate sensitive and confidential situations.
This will be a hybrid position with some hours needed in the office as well as some hours remote if desired. Very flexible hours but some must be during the business day. The job will start at about 5 hours a week, building to possibly 15-20 with time and experience.
