This includes providing coaching and training to the team, ensuring all policies and procedures are being adhered to, meeting company expectations, maintaining interdepartmental collaborations, and fostering communication for the highest level of patient care.Responsibilities:Ensure all company policies and staffing protocols are metOversee daily dashboard to confirm Aides' attendance and that patients are safeManage a team of Scheduling Coordinators, review and approve PTO, complete performance evaluations and maintain coverage during absencesAssist the Coordinators and with difficult-to-staff cases, resolving complaints, incidents and or problems whenever neededResponsible for the case assignment to the Coordinators on the teamServe as the point of contact for all contractsMonitor patient satisfaction and follow up with patients regarding complaintsManage information between the patient and the AidesDocument and manage patient activityWork collaboratively with colleagues and participate in weekly Coordination meetingsFollow up with contracts and communicate any changes in schedulingMonitor interdepartmental correspondence to ensure proper and complete follow up on behalf of Coordination departmentCounsel PAs when the incident is beyond a Coordinator's scope of practiceMonitor PA electronic verification emails to ensure that attendance is being verifiedComplete daily/weekly/monthly logs for tracking the department's performanceRequirements:Fluency in English and Spanish3 years of related experience, preferably within the health care services or homecare industry.2 years in a supervisory or management roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HHA exchange is preferredUnderstanding of regulations governing the home care field, related to Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance.Ability to effectively communicate with employees, patients and their families, medical and community affiliatesUnderstanding of the administration and management of office operations for home care agenciesProficiency in providing excellent customer serviceBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Vacation, Company Holidays, Sick Leave, and Floating HolidaysProfessional development opportunitiesMission-driven work in an innovative healthcare space
