As a Freelance Sales Representative at True Botanicals, you will be a vital link between our brand and our retail partners in the Durham, NC market. Your responsibilities include driving sales, nurturing relationships, and ensuring our products are prominently featured within our Retail accounts. If you’re passionate about luxury skincare, and have excellent communication skills, this position is tailor-made for you.
We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to serve Nordstrom, Southpoint for True Botanicals. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, educating Nordstrom employees and clients, and providing excellent customer service. Up to 4 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

- Must have reliable transportation
- Cosmetic Brand Representative experience preferred
