Role Description
True Botanicals is seeking a Market Trainer for a freelance, part-time (4-5 hours/week), on-site role based in Durham, NC. The Market Trainer will deliver education and training sessions to retail staff, ensuring they understand and effectively communicate the brand story, product benefits, and usage instructions. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, organizing in-store events, and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent brand representation and exceptional customer experiences. The role also includes building strong relationships with retail partners and sharing performance feedback with the team.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to train and engage diverse groups
- Experience in retail training or education, preferably within the beauty, skincare, or wellness industries
- An understanding of clean beauty, sustainability, and product knowledge in skincare
- Ability to cultivate relationships with retail teams and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage training schedules and events
