Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Controller to join our on-site team in Springfield, MO. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include supervising accounting teams, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, and implementing effective financial controls. The role requires collaboration with leadership to provide financial analysis, identify opportunities for process improvements, and support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software and systems, as well as advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance requirements
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
• Strong team leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in manufacturing or wholesale industries is desirable
• Ability to work on-site in Springfield, MO
