We are an agency looking for a male to work with a male with a disability who has behaviors in Boynton Beach.

Saturday & Sunday | 10am to 4pm | $16 an hour

Duties
As a Care Provider, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Offering specialized care for clients with dementia, utilizing effective communication techniques to engage them positively.
• Administering medications as prescribed and monitoring clients for any changes in health or behavior.
• Observing and documenting patient conditions and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Supporting clients in maintaining their independence while promoting dignity and respect.
• Collaborating with family members and other caregivers to create personalized care plans that meet individual needs.

Requirements
To be considered for the Care Provider position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in assisted living or senior care settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with direct support practices for individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of dementia care techniques and patient observation skills is essential.
• Certification in CPR is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care while respecting client privacy and dignity.
