Job Description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team and support a growing book of business. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and delivering a high level of service to clients.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Personal Lines Manager and be a key part of ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate annual coverage reviews
• Process policy changes and endorsements
• Assist with and report claims
• Handle billing questions and policy inquiries
• Support day-to-day client service needs

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of personal lines experience in an independent agency (strongly preferred)
• Experience with comparative rating tools
• Experience with AMS 360 preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills
