Schedules Available: Monday – | Friday 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & Monday- Saturday 5pm-8pm (ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY)

TruClean Arkansas is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter to maintain cleanliness and professionalism at a commercial dealership facility in Little Rock (72204). This position requires strong attendance, consistency, and pride in maintaining high standards.
Position Overview
The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining restrooms, common areas, floors, and overall facility cleanliness during daytime business hours. This role supports client operations by keeping the building clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day.
Core Responsibilities
- Clean Spills upon request
- Upkeep facility during day
- Clean and fully stock restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, dispensers)
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Clean interior glass and windows as needed
- Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
- Spot clean walls, doors, and high-touch areas
- Clean spills immediately to prevent hazards
- Monitor supply levels and report shortages
- Maintain organized janitorial closets and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and building access guidelines
Requirements
- Strong attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Professional communication and appearance
- Prior janitorial or porter experience preferred but not required
