Part-Time Evening Cleaner — Medical Facility (Searcy, AR)

RAD’s Janitorial, LLC is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to maintain a medical facility in Searcy, AR. This is a long-term position with steady work and short evening shifts.

JOB LOCATION

Searcy, AR (exact facility shared after hiring)

SCHEDULE

This building is cleaned 7 days per week using a rotating two-cleaner schedule. Each cleaner works about 15 shifts per month and receives every other weekend off.

Start Times

Mon–Fri: around 8:30 PM

Saturday: around 7:30 PM

Sunday: around 3:30 PM

Typical shift length is about 1–2 hours.

Example Rotation:

Week 1

Cleaner A: Mon Tue Wed Sat Sun

Cleaner B: Thu Fri

Week 2

Cleaner B: Mon Tue Wed Sat Sun

Cleaner A: Thu Fri

Rotation then repeats.

PAY

$50 per shift

Average about $750 per month for reliable cleaners

Paid twice per month (15th and last day of month)

Typical paychecks are around $350–$375 depending on the number of shifts worked.

1099 Independent Contractor position.

RELIABILITY

Because this is a medical facility cleaned every day, reliability is extremely important.

• 24-hour notice required if you cannot work a scheduled shift
• Same-day call-outs may result in loss of that shift and possible replacement

RESPONSIBILITIES

General commercial cleaning including:

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Removing trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Wiping and disinfecting countertops, desks, tables, and flat surfaces
• Cleaning break areas and touch points
• Cleaning interior glass and spot cleaning windows when needed
• Restocking paper products and supplies
• Taking photos of completed work

REQUIREMENTS

Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Reliable individuals willing to learn can be trained.
