What’s the job?
Trucker Path is seeking an Technical Account Manager to ensure newly acquired or high-intent fleet accounts become fully activated, technically set up, and positioned for immediate success on the Trucker Path platform. This role blends outbound activation calling, hands-on onboarding, and light sales engineering to guide fleets through account setup, driver deployment, and early-stage product adoption. Focused on the first 30–90 days of the customer lifecycle, you will help fleets implement as quickly as possible.
You will own the activation funnel, ensuring fleet admins and drivers are onboarded, trained, and actively using key features like Truck-Safe Navigation, Driver Education, and Fleet Management Workflows.
Activations
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling, texting, and email follow-up to engage newly signed fleets or high-intent prospects.
- Convert referred, inbound, or marketing-qualified leads into fully activated accounts.
- Drive completion of onboarding milestones (account creation, fleet setup, driver import, etc.).
- Track and optimize activation rates, time-to-value metrics, and funnel conversion.
- Deliver structured onboarding sessions (1:1 or group) for small and mid-size fleets.
- Walk customers through platform setup—including roles, driver management, routing tools, and admin controls.
- Configure accounts and assist with technical setup (driver invites, integrations, device configurations).
- Provide product guidance and best practices tailored to each fleet’s operational workflow.
Sales Engineering Support
- Partner closely with Enterprise Sales on technical validation, pilot setup, and product demonstrations.
- Serve as a technical resource for prospects during late-stage evaluations.
- Translate fleet operational needs into recommended product workflows.
- Host activation webinars, onboarding classes, and quick-start clinics.
- Provide short-term tactical support during early activation.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. You’ll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team.
What’s the earning potential ($$$)?
This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $75,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 3 years in onboarding, account activation, implementation, or high-volume customer engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
- Strong phone-based communication skills with the ability to drive urgency, coach customers, and guide them toward activation.
- Ability to translate customer workflows into product configurations and technical setups.
- Comfortable delivering virtual training, demos, and platform walkthroughs.
- Fast learner with the ability to master technical product details and teach them clearly.
- Organized, metric-driven, and capable of managing a high volume of activation tasks.
- Proficiency with CRMs, onboarding tools, and SaaS platforms.
- Experience in fleet technology, trucking SaaS, logistics, or transportation operations is a strong plus.
