Trucker Logistics moves freight for our clients. We do this by talking to truck drivers, communicating professionally with our clients, negotiating rates with carriers, and organizing all of the related details. Soft skills like grit, kindness, coolness under pressure, curiosity, and a “can do” attitude are essential. Experience is not. You will need to be able to juggle competing priorities, communicate effectively, and generally be a detailed person. We will teach you how to broker if you have these soft skills.

This can also become a salesperson roll if you have the determination to sell. Being a broker at Trucker Logistics ultimately has a ceiling because you can only broker so many loads efficiently. That is why we incentivize brokers to learn how to sell. Selling also involves having the soft skills mentioned earlier. We have a group here that has found tremendous success selling and are committed to your success in this area. Selling is ultimately a skill that an individual has to hone and perfect themselves, but Trucker Logistics gives you the industry knowledge, resources, and support to succeed in this area.

This is a small company where you will learn a lot and have the potential to build real wealth with or without a college education. You just have to have the discipline and human skills to accomplish this.

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

• Starting salary is $45,000 plus uncapped brokering and sales commission paid quarterly (roughly $50,000 per year on average without any sales of your own)
• Unlimited vacation - Within reason, apt communication with your team and branch leader is required. When you’re out, your teammates pick up the slack, and vice versa.
