What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant - Marshall position at Greater Minnesota Family Services?
PART-TIME EARLY CHILDHOOD ASSISTANT at our SEED Program in Marshall, MN
*Assistant $19-20 per hour
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
- Assisting the children with activities under the direction of the Therapist in our Early Childhood setting.
- Safe and efficient pick-up and delivery of children participating in our programs.
- Safe operation and maintenance of the vehicles being used as appropriate.
- Schedule will be approximately afternoons Tuesday through Thursday. Average 20-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma, must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be 21 years of age. At least five years driving experience, with minimal to no traffic violations. Educational background or experience working with young children 3-5 years of age preferred.
- Must be able to navigate through communities in which we are operating safely and efficient. Ability to program a GPS or read maps accordingly to find correct locations for pick-up and drop off. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance to ensure safe operation at all times.
