Used Car Sales Consultant – Truck Traders - Full-Time
About the Role
Truck Traders is looking for a driven, people-focused Used Car Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a high-earning opportunity with uncapped commission potential and real volume bonuses. We sell used trucks and cars, and we're looking for someone who's hungry, coachable, and ready to hustle.
To Be Considered, You Must Have At Least One of the Following:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) OR
- 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role
What You'll Do
- Generate and follow up on leads through social media, Facebook Marketplace, and other online platforms
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments using our CRM (Dealer Center)
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
- Guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to delivery
- Take and post vehicle photos and advertisements weekly across free platforms
- Assist with new inventory intake — fueling, keying, and coordinating with service
- Make 30 follow-up calls daily to leads, prospects, and past customers
- Turn unsold customers to a manager before they leave — no exceptions
- Maintain accurate records of all customers in the CRM
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
- Follow all company policies including GPS verification, insurance collection, and deal jacket preparation

Pay Plan — Here's What You Can Earn
- Realistic earning range: $60,000–$120,000 /year depending on performance
Schedule
Full-time | Must be available on Saturdays
