TruChoice Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time teller position that will float to our retail offices in the greater Portland area.
TruChoice FCU is a community-focused credit union, prioritizing the financial well-being of our members and the communities we serve. We are growing and on the search for our newest fulltime Member Service Representative (Teller). This position is located in the greater Portland Maine area and may be called upon to work out of any of our locations. In this role, you will serve our members through our teller line in-person, phone, and electronic access points. You will be empowered to make everyday banking simple for TruChoice members and to build relationships by completing cash and non-cash transactions, suggesting solutions, and resolving problems.
While not required, teller, cash handling, and customer service experience in a financial institution are helpful. We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic, shows initiative and is detail oriented. If you are also friendly, organized and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, while living the philosophy of “people helping people,” this may be the role for you!

- Strong communication and phone skills.
