Our customer-centric solutions include Fluid Separation for Metalworking and Manufacturing, Industrial Fluid Control, Plant Process Optimization, Corn Oil Extraction, and Oil Flow Optimization.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Director that will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all marketing initiatives including the overall marketing strategy, budget development, digital marketing presence, material management, and competitive analysis. An ideal candidate is someone who has a technical / environmental background that can quickly understand our buiness. This position would manage a team of 2 other marketing professionals and would help grow out the marketing strategy across the entire business.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly collaborate with senior managers and key stakeholders to determine and execute on necessary and relevant modifications to Trucent's marketing strategy to continuously align with Trucent business objectives and growth. This will require considerable integration with the divisional sales teams' objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote Trucent products and services. Lead enhancements to brand awareness within the digital space as well as drive website traffic to acquire leads/customers.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and employ web analytics tools to measure site traffic to optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display and search advertising.
  • Oversee SEO with focus on improving and maintaining the quality and quantity of search engine results. Work closely with Trucent's external partner on SEO trends, best-practices, and Trucent SEO strategy.
  • Manage Trucent's social media presence and produce or edit content for social media site posts and the Trucent blog.
  • Write and disseminate all press releases with an emphasis on trade journals in manufacturing, biofuels, solar panel/glass, and food and beverage industries.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to marketing budget annually. Evaluate and utilize cost-savings measures when applicable. Identify areas in which, and build business cases for, capital investment in Trucent's marketing strategy when prudent for effective execution and ROI.
  • Oversee the design, layout, copy, proof, and production of Trucent print collateral. Ensure overall Trucent Inc. and divisional brand messages are consistent.
  • Coordinate trade show presence; assist in selection of appropriate conferences, develop display and sales materials, complete registrations with trade group organizers.
  • Maintain and make enhancements to Trucent's SharePoint/intranet site to publish employee communication, branding tools, forms, etc.
  • Grow and maintain technical knowledge applicable to the industries Trucent serves. Develop a keen sense of the competitive market and opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in the management and of Trucent's CRM.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and company leadership to identify develop plan for strategic partnerships engagements.
  • Perform other miscellaneous non-recurring special projects on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Trucent safety program, including but not limited to: hazard communication, PPE requirements and attending quarterly safety training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or another related discipline/area of study required.

Experience:

  • Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate marketing role. Ideally, candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role including oversight of marketing strategy and budgets. Ideally the candidate will have experience in the industrial separations, filtration, or chemical management sectors.

Skills and Abilities (May be representative but not all-inclusive, of those commonly associated with this position):

  • Significant experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Considerable knowledge of digital marketing practices, tools, trends, etc.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
  • Thorough understanding of branding principles and tactics through multimedia including all digital modes of communication.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and able to effectively multi-task.
  • Flexible to open and changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.

Travel Requirements:

  • 10% travel

Salary : $98,000 - $124,000
