Marketing Director

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 (based on experience)

Busch’s Fresh Food Market is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and consumer insights to drive guest loyalty, acquisition, and revenue growth. This role partners cross-functionally to execute data-driven marketing initiatives in a competitive retail environment while leading and developing a high-performing marketing team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing and brand strategy.
• Leverage consumer research, demographic data, and market trends to increase guest loyalty and sales.
• Lead integrated marketing communications across digital, print, PR, and promotions.
• Measure marketing performance and ROI; manage marketing and advertising budgets.
• Serve as company spokesperson and oversee public relations efforts.
• Plan and execute promotional initiatives including store openings, events, and vendor programs.
• Oversee website optimization to improve usability, engagement, and content relevance.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while supporting company strategic goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive marketing experience; retail or consumer-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in brand management, integrated marketing, and event execution.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
