Trubot Technology Inc. is hiring entry-level Automation Technicians to work directly with equipment in real-world environments.
This is a hands-on job for people who like working with tools, wiring, and machines — not a desk job.
What You’ll Do
- Install, wire, and set up equipment at customer sites
- Work with tools, cables, and control systems
- Help start up machines and make sure everything runs correctly
- Troubleshoot issues with electrical, mechanical, or control systems
- Support basic PLC troubleshooting (we will train you)
- Travel to different sites and work on real equipment in the field
Who This Is For
- Students graduating soon or recent grads (0–2 years)
- Students from engineering, engineering technology, or technical training programs
- Anyone who likes hands-on work and learning by doing
What You Need
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or industrial systems
- OR hands-on experience from school labs, projects, or internships
- Comfortable with:
- Using hand tools
- Working with wiring and equipment
- Learning on the job
- Able to:
- Read basic diagrams (or willing to learn)
- Solve problems and figure things out in real situations
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Basic PLC knowledge (even from school)
- Any experience with wiring, maintenance, or equipment
- Experience working with tools or in a shop/lab environment
Important
This is a physical, hands-on role:
- You will be on your feet
- You will be working with tools and equipment
- You will be solving real problems on-site
This is NOT an office or software job.
Pay & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
- Real hands-on experience with automation systems
- Opportunity to grow into higher-level technician or engineering roles

- Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
