- Complete projects including carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
- Install safety and accessibility modifications to support seniors aging in place.
- Deliver respectful, customer-focused service in every home.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Represent TruBlue as a trusted, empathetic Home Service Ally.
- 5 years of handyman or residential home repair experience.
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical (basic level).
- Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
