- Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally - the face of our premium quality brand in our community
- Build Relationships throughout the community
- Educating and Promoting Brand Awareness
- Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting TruBlue’s services' value proposition. Whether that may be in a client’s home during an estimate or presenting at a local business organization
- Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals
- Meeting Target Sales Goals
- Strong background in sales
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic
- High EQ with a Passion for Public Speaking & Customer Service
- Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right

- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Qualified candidates will need a driver’s license, a reliable customer-facing vehicle
